They had Maui Wowi come in and setup a coffee and espresso bar with professional baristas preparing and serving "foo foo" coffees such as cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, etc - all made fresh to order.
Beverages were served in a disposable cup with a branded sleeve so those walking the trade show floor were displaying the Pearson logo and people asking "where did you get that cup of coffee?"
The aromatic smell of the espresso draws people to the booth - and who doesn't love an amazing tasting cup of Hawaiian coffee and espresso? And because each customized coffee drink takes time to make it allows the sales team chat with prospects and get business cards. A win-win for everyone.
